This is Abbey Meadows on the River Thames taken 10th OCT 1993
Having visited the nearby Abingdon Abbey and taken one or two nice shots i went for a stroll along the river bank and stumbled on this tranquil picture. The vibrant colours ( select LARGE for best view ) are just dazzling and with tall Cypress trees in the background framing the canal boat it just has a lovely feel about it.
